Irish Company Registration Tips
• Until your Irish company registration has been completed do not incur any other costs e.g. stationery, signs or other products of this nature should not be ordered/printed until the Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the Companies Registration Office.
• Our free company name search link checks all current companies registered in Ireland for similarities to your chosen name. It is to be used as a guide only. If a similar name is not found it does not guarantee the name is available or will be accepted.
• Do not include words such as “and”, “son”, “limited”, “ltd” or “&”.
• The search term must be at least three characters long.
What happens if my company name is rejected by the CRO when registering my company
If a name is rejected by the Companies Office after you have sent in the completed application forms the forms will be returned to you and you will be allowed 14 days to reapply with a revised name for the company without a further CRO fee.
Cost of setting up a company In Ireland
There is no charge for our services and our systems will produce all of the required completed forms for you to approve and sign. We will guide you through this process.
The Companies Registration Office charge a fee of €100 to process the paper forms required.
Company Tax Registration in Ireland
After your company regristration is finalised by the CRO our systems will also produce the required completed company tax registration forms for you free of charge. Our systems will guide you through this process.
